⚙️ Settings Reference

The Settings page in AssetFlow lets you control how the application behaves.

Plugin Settings

Auto-Connect to Studio

• Default: Off
• Description: Automatically connect to the Studio plugin when AssetFlow launches
• Use case: If you always work with Studio open, enable this to skip the manual connect step

Smart Filters

Skip Owned Assets

• Default: Off
• Description: When scanning, skip assets that are already in your inventory
• Use case: Avoid reuploading assets you already own; only upload missing ones

Skip Public Assets

• Default: Off
• Description: When scanning, skip assets owned by Roblox or universal/community assets
• Use case: Focus only on creator-specific assets; ignore default Roblox items

Persistent Data

AssetFlow automatically saves asset ID mappings to disk. This file is located at:

%appdata%/AssetFlow/mappings.json

These mappings track old asset IDs → newly uploaded asset IDs so the Studio plugin can perform replacements.

Security Note

Your .ROBLOSECURITY cookies and Open Cloud API keys are stored locally using encrypted storage for enhanced security. The encryption ensures that even if someone gains access to your computer’s files, they cannot easily read your sensitive credentials.

Reset Mappings

Clicking Reset Mappings clears all saved ID mappings. Use this if:

• You want to start fresh with a clean slate
• You’re experiencing mapping conflicts
• You’ve migrated to a new Roblox account

Clear All Data

Clicking Clear All resets everything — mappings, history, and daily usage stats. This is useful when starting completely fresh.

These actions cannot be undone. Consider backing up the mappings file first.

Reupload History

AssetFlow keeps a log of all reupload sessions, including:

• Which assets were uploaded (by type)
• Success/failure status for each
• Error messages for failed uploads
• Timestamps and upload target (personal / group)
• Retry counts

You can:

• Refresh the history list
• Retry failed items — Re-attempt only the assets that failed in a previous session
• Clear the entire history

Discord Integration

AssetFlow links your subscription to your Discord account. In settings you can:

• View the connected Discord username and avatar
• Log out of Discord (requires re-login to use the app)
• See your current subscription role (Flow / Flow+ / Flow Max)

Your subscription tier is checked every 20 seconds while the app is running.

Bot API URL

• Default: http://212.227.182.165:8002
• Description: The backend server URL used for Discord authentication and role verification
• Use case: Only change this if you’re running a custom backend for development

Language / Langue

AssetFlow supports multiple languages:

Click a language button to switch immediately. The interface is updated without restarting the app.

Note: Not all languages may be fully translated. Community contributions are welcome!
